Co-Agency invests in local women of color leaders, supporting their personal growth, building their influence within traditional power networks, and, over the long term, breaking down cultural barriers within established institutions.
We work with cohorts of 20-25 leaders on individualized impact masterplans, co-designing four annual labs providing leadership skills to help women better influence decision-making locally and nationally. We broker unique convenings and partnerships between emerging leaders and established organizations. And we represent and amplify women leaders through authentic content distributed widely online, including matters of religion that are ignored by the national feminist movement.
Our work ensures women leaders are more able to control resources, make decisions and shape policies in their communities and at a national level. By amplifying their work, we will help women make their stories heard and seen by influential audiences, promoting their power and driving awareness and support for women’s leadership overall.
